FAQs
How do I make a complaint to Council? If there is something you want to complain about, you must lodge a written or verbal complaint to the General Manager. Under Council's policy, all signed written complaints will be investigated and verbal complaints will be recorded, but investigation of these will only take place in exceptional circumstances. Anonymous complaints will not be acted upon. There is a distinction between a "complaint" and a "request for service". You should set out details of the circumstances surrounding your complaint and, if possible, indicate what you would like done to rectify the problem. The complaint will be referred to the relevant staff member for response, and will be included in a register which summarises complaints received. Complaints may also be lodged online through this website. Contact DetailsPalerang Council Ph: (02) 6238 8111 Fax: (02) 6238 1290 http://www.palerang.nsw.gov.au records@palerang.nsw.gov.au |
