Braidwood Sewerage Scheme

The Mayor (Cr Maclachlan), the General Manager (Peter Bascomb) and the Director of Works (Gordon Cunningham) recently invited members of the Braidwood Residents Association (BRASS) to inspect the Braidwood and Bungendore sewerage treatment plants.
During this inspection, Council made available a concept report prepared by the NSW Department of Commerce for the augmentation of the Braidwood Sewerage Scheme. This Report was presented to Council in January 2006 and details the concept development of augmentation works for the sewage transport system and the treatment plant to allow for projected load and EPA effluent/biosolids quality requirements.
The Report is now available on Council's website by clicking on "Your Council" on the home page, then "Engineering Services" and "Braidwood Sewerage System".
