Draft s.94 Plan for Mathews Lane Bungendore on Exhibition
Council has prepaerd a draft section 94 development contributions plan to provide for the upgrading of Mathews Lane which will be required to cater for the expected increase in traffic.
The draft plan is now on public exhibition under Clause 28 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000. Written submissions from the public are invited up until the close of business on Friday, 30 November 2007.
The draft plan is called "Amendment No.6 to Yarrowlumla Council Section 94 Contributions Plan No.2 for Provision of Access Roads". If approved, the draft contributions plan will amend Contributions Plan No.2 by adding a new subsection P7.12 Mathews Lane.
The draft plan is on public exhibition together with the existing Section 94 Contributions Plan No.2 at the Council's offices in Bungendore (10 Majara St) and Braidwood (144 Wallace St), during normal business hours until 30 November 2007. It can also be viewed on Council's website by clicking on "Your Council" on the home page, then "Miscellaneous Papers".
